flagship entertainment complex with escape rooms, bar, and axe throwing

W Construction was engaged by the Team at Escape Manor to create a flagship location in Downtown Toronto. The task: to turn a 15,000sq/ft retail space into a 3-level entertainment complex incorporating Escape Rooms on the lower level, Bar/Lounge/Kitchen/Restrooms on the Main level & an Axe throwing facility on the upper floor. This required collaboration with a large team including Mechanical, Structural and Electrical Engineers, Architects and an Interior Design Firm to bring the vision to fruition. Complete building systems were required including fire alarm, sprinkler, mechanical, underground and above grade plumbing, and a complete 3 phase electrical system. Additional Life Safety features included fire rated assemblies, emergency exit system, and alarming mechanisms. Many intricate finishes present throughout the space w/ an abundance of custom millwork & metalwork. It has since become a hot spot for TV shoots and Movie filming given the elaborate themed rooms and extravagant décor. Truly a remarkable space!
