unique build features off-angle architecture, turquoise metal, and solid foundation

A relatively small, yet intricate build. The steep rear elevation added complexity, requiring heavy structural input/design and particular care with the execution on site. Steel reinforced stepped concrete foundation walls/footings along with a structural slab 12in thick provided a solid base to house the client's classic car. The architect opted for an off-angle wall & roof design to create visual interest. This combined with the 'Pacific Turquoise' standing seam metal w/ varied widths and staggered joints delivered the unique overall aesthetic that was envisioned. Note the custom fabricated and colour matched eaves & downspouts, nothing standard on this build!
